If you have purchased your Palmetto Table from one of our dealers, you will need to contact that dealer directly for warranty assistance.
Palmetto Tables offers two levels of warranty to meet our customers’ needs.
The 1 year limited warranty is included in the price of table, and covers all structural components against defects in material and craftsmanship, limited to the original purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover upholstery fabric, foam, or legs. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
The 5 year extended warranty may be purchased separately, and also covers all structural components against defects in material and craftsmanship, limited to the original purchaser, for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty does cover upholstery fabric, foam padding, and legs. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
These warranties do not cover the cost of shipping the item to our warranty repair center. However, if you do have to send your table for warranty repair/replacement, the warranty does cover the cost of returning the table to you once repairs are completed, or sending a new table, if it is determined that your table cannot be repaired.
If you purchased your table directly from Palmetto Tables and require warranty assistance, please call 803-753-8861. In order to expedite warranty assistance, you will need to provide proof of the original purchase date. You will also need to provide photographs of the table, demonstrating the defect. You may need to speak to one of our warranty repair technicians to determine if the table needs to be sent in for repairs.
If your table does need to come to the warranty repair center, you will be provided an RMA#, which you will need to include on your shipping label. We strongly advise that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Inquire with the carrier about what is required to insure your item against damage in transit. Palmetto Tables is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit to our warranty repair center. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your table to be processed at our warranty repair center.
